Logico Trustees - Orders/Billing management
Logico Trustees is specifically structured to meet the specific needs of trustees, who manage invoicing through performed hours. It is particularly easy but complete and precise in its functionality.
The form includes, in fact, the conduct of orders and the drafting of offers, the registration of passive invoices and the issue of active ones, the billing with deferred invoicing with possibility of managing prices / discounts / commissions, invoices with ISR policies and much more, always according to the specific needs of the company.
Like all other Logico modules, it can of course be further customised according to particular requests for trustee offices. Logico Trustees exchanges information with all the other management systems on the market and, as for other sector modules, the integration with the Accounting module allows the complete administrative management of the company.
Consulting Management
- Customer registry data;
- Data setting by type of consultancy (e.g. tax, accounting, secretariat);
- Setting start, duration and place of consultancy by collaborator;
- Setting the consultancy rate specified for hourly costs, overtime and expenses;
- Option to select discount on consultancy rate;
- Display of the consultancy performed by collaborator.
Document Management
- Issuing customer contract for agreed consultancy;
- Display of the consultancy carried out per period by customer with selection between those still to be invoiced and those already invoiced;
- Issuing customer invoice with details of consultancy;
- Setting of payment terms and deadlines.
